Short version: we collect the minimum we need to provide our services, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us what we have about you (or to delete it) at privacy@genzonixglobal.com.
Summary
- This policy covers our website, the software and apps we build for clients (where we operate them), our games, and our truck dispatching service.
- We collect personal data only when there's a reason — to deliver our work, communicate with you, run our business, or comply with the law.
- We don't sell your personal information.
- You have rights over your data, including the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy is published by GenZonix Global LLC ("GenZonix," "we," "us"). It explains how we handle personal information across:
- Our website at genzonixglobal.com.
- Custom software and SaaS products we build and host on behalf of clients (where we are a data processor under the client's direction, not the data controller).
- Mobile apps we develop and, in some cases, operate.
- Games we publish or operate.
- Our truck dispatching service.
For software, apps, or games we build for a client and the client operates, the client's privacy policy applies to end-user data. We act as a service provider/processor for the client.
2. What we collect
You give us
- Contact information (name, email, company, phone) when you fill out a form, email us, or sign up.
- Project information you share during scoping or work delivery.
- For dispatching: company name, MC/DOT numbers, insurance information, W-9, voided check / ACH details, driver names, and load-related data.
- For games and apps with accounts: username, email, profile preferences, and any user-generated content you choose to submit.
- Payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
Collected automatically
- Standard web logs: IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps.
- For apps and games: device type, OS version, app version, crash reports, basic gameplay/usage analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
From other sources
- For dispatching: publicly available carrier records (SAFER, FMCSA), broker portals, load boards, and credit/payment information about brokers.
- For games and apps: data from platforms (App Store, Play Store, ad networks, sign-in providers) where you've authorized that link.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the services you've engaged us for.
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To bill you, process payments, and pay you (for dispatched carriers).
- To improve our services — debugging, performance, product decisions.
- To send service-related emails (account, billing, security). We send marketing emails only with consent and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect ourselves and others from fraud, abuse, or harm.
4. When we share information
We share personal information only as needed:
- With service providers who help us run the business — cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare), email delivery, analytics, payment processing, customer support tools. They are bound by contract to use the data only to provide their services to us.
- For dispatching we share carrier information with brokers and shippers to book and run loads. This is a necessary part of the service.
- With clients when we are operating a product on their behalf, in line with their privacy policy.
- To comply with the law — court orders, subpoenas, regulatory requests, or to prevent fraud and harm.
- In a business transfer — if we're acquired or merge, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).
5. Notes specific to each product
Custom software and business automation
When we operate software on a client's behalf, we are typically a "processor" (or "service provider") and the client is the "controller" (or "business"). We handle data per the client's instructions and our service agreement. If you are an end user of a client's product and want to exercise privacy rights, please contact the client first; we'll cooperate with their response.
Mobile apps
For apps we publish or operate, we may collect device identifiers, crash logs, and analytics events. We disclose this in the app's store listing and in-app privacy notice. Where required (e.g., Apple's App Tracking Transparency, Google Play's Data Safety form), we request consent before tracking.
For apps we build but the client publishes and operates, the client's privacy policy governs end-user data.
Games
Games may collect:
- Account information (if accounts are used).
- Gameplay telemetry to balance and improve the game.
- In-app purchase records (handled by the App Store, Play Store, or other platform).
- Advertising identifiers, if the game shows ads — we use industry-standard SDKs and respect platform consent prompts.
Games aimed at children, or that may attract child users, are designed to comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) in the US. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to one of our games, contact us at privacy@genzonixglobal.com and we'll delete it.
Truck dispatching
For dispatching clients we collect business and operational data (authority, insurance, driver names, settlements, load history) needed to run the back office. We share this with brokers, shippers, factoring companies, and accounting providers as needed to book loads and get you paid. We do not sell this data to third parties.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies on our website:
- Essential — to keep the site working (e.g., session, security).
- Analytics — to understand how the site is used. We aggregate this; we don't try to identify individual visitors.
We don't use cookies for advertising on this website. You can disable cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work as well.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (tax, contract, regulatory). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. For dispatching, carrier records are typically kept for 7 years to satisfy US tax and regulatory requirements.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information — encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and least-privilege principles. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe. If something does go wrong, we'll notify affected parties as required by applicable law.
9. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights:
- Right to know — what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Right to access — get a copy of your personal information.
- Right to correct — fix inaccurate information.
- Right to delete — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to opt out — of sale or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising (we don't do either, but you have the right anyway).
- Right to non-discrimination — we won't treat you worse for exercising these rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). The rights above apply to you. We do not sell personal information and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise a right, email privacy@genzonixglobal.com from the address associated with your account or include enough information for us to verify you. We'll respond within 45 days. You can also designate an authorized agent.
If we deny a request, you have the right to appeal. To appeal, reply to our denial email with the word "Appeal" in the subject line.
10. Children
Our website, software, dispatching service, and most of our apps and games are not directed to children under 13. For specific games and apps that are designed for or attractive to children, we comply with COPPA: we either avoid collecting personal information from children, obtain verifiable parental consent, or otherwise follow COPPA's requirements as documented in the product's own privacy disclosure.
11. International users
GenZonix Global is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data will be processed in the US (and possibly elsewhere) by us and our service providers. By using our services, you consent to that transfer. If you're in a region with stronger local privacy law (UK, EEA, etc.), we'll honor the local rights to the extent they apply.
12. Changes to this Policy
We'll update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. For material changes, we'll provide additional notice (banner, email, or in-app message) where required.
