Truck Dispatching

A real dispatch desk, on call 24/7.

We work with US-based owner-operators and small fleets. Our dispatchers find loads, negotiate rates, and handle the paperwork so the driver can focus on the road.

What dispatchers actually do for you

Off your plate: the back office.

Most owner-operators we work with come to us because they're driving and running the business at the same time. The dispatch team takes the second half.

1

Load sourcing

We watch the main load boards and direct shippers, filter by lane and rate, and book what makes sense for your truck.

2

Rate negotiation

We push for fair rates on every load. If a broker won't move, we move on to the next one.

3

Paperwork

Carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOLs, invoicing, and follow-up on slow-pay brokers.

4

Support, around the clock

A real person picks up the phone — including weekends, holidays, and 3am breakdowns.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do you work with brand-new authorities?

We prefer authorities that are at least 90 days old — brokers tend to be cautious with brand-new MCs and it's harder for us to get you booked at fair rates. If you're under 90 days, get in touch anyway; we'll be honest about what we can do.

What kinds of trucks and trailers do you dispatch?

Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step-deck, hotshot, and power-only. We don't dispatch hazmat at the moment.

How are you different from a load board subscription?

A load board shows you loads. We do the booking, the negotiating, and the paperwork — and we work the boards for you while you're driving. It's a different job, and the math usually works out in your favor once you're putting 2,500+ miles a week.

Are there any setup fees or minimums?

No. We charge a percentage of gross on each booked load. If a week is slow, we earn less. That keeps the incentives aligned.

How do I pay you?

Most carriers we work with pay weekly via ACH off their settlement statement. If you use a factoring company, we can usually work directly through them — talk to us about the setup.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The dispatch agreement has a short notice period (typically 7 days). We don't lock anyone in.
