Short version: we collect the minimum we need to provide our services, we don't sell your data, and you can ask us what we have about you (or to delete it) at privacy@genzonixglobal.com.
Summary
- This policy covers our website, the apps we publish and operate under our own developer account, the software and apps we build for clients (where we operate them), our games, and our truck dispatching service.
- We collect personal data only when there's a reason — to deliver our work, communicate with you, run our business, or comply with the law.
- We don't sell your personal information.
- You have rights over your data, including the right to know, correct, delete, and opt out of certain uses.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy is published by GenZonix Global LLC ("GenZonix," "we," "us"). It explains how we handle personal information across:
- Our website at genzonixglobal.com.
- Custom software and SaaS products we build and host on behalf of clients (where we are a data processor under the client's direction, not the data controller).
- Mobile apps we publish and operate under our own developer account (AI Website Builder & Publish, OBD 2 Scanner - GenZonix Auto, ShopMake: Online Store Maker, and Football and Soccer Live Score), where we are the data controller for the data we collect directly (except for data a ShopMake merchant collects from their own shoppers, where the merchant is the controller and we act as their processor — see Section 5), as well as apps we build for clients to publish and operate themselves.
- Games we publish or operate.
- Our truck dispatching service.
For software, apps, or games we build for a client and the client operates, the client's privacy policy applies to end-user data. We act as a service provider/processor for the client.
2. What we collect
You give us
- Contact information (name, email, company, phone) when you fill out a form, email us, or sign up.
- Project information you share during scoping or work delivery.
- For dispatching: company name, MC/DOT numbers, insurance information, W-9, voided check / ACH details, driver names, and load-related data.
- For games and apps with accounts: username, email, profile preferences, and any user-generated content you choose to submit.
- Payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers ourselves).
Collected automatically
- Standard web logs: IP address, browser type, referring page, pages visited, timestamps.
- For apps and games: device type, OS version, app version, crash reports, basic gameplay/usage analytics.
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).
From other sources
- For dispatching: publicly available carrier records (SAFER, FMCSA), broker portals, load boards, and credit/payment information about brokers.
- For games and apps: data from platforms (App Store, Play Store, ad networks, sign-in providers) where you've authorized that link.
3. How we use information
- To provide and operate the services you've engaged us for.
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To bill you, process payments, and pay you (for dispatched carriers).
- To improve our services — debugging, performance, product decisions.
- To send service-related emails (account, billing, security). We send marketing emails only with consent and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect ourselves and others from fraud, abuse, or harm.
4. When we share information
We share personal information only as needed:
- With service providers who help us run the business — cloud hosting (AWS, GCP, Cloudflare), email delivery, analytics, payment processing, customer support tools. They are bound by contract to use the data only to provide their services to us.
- With our AI provider, Fireworks AI — when you use an AI-powered feature in one of our products, the input needed to answer your request is processed through Fireworks AI's API. See Section 6 for details.
- For dispatching we share carrier information with brokers and shippers to book and run loads. This is a necessary part of the service.
- With clients when we are operating a product on their behalf, in line with their privacy policy.
- To comply with the law — court orders, subpoenas, regulatory requests, or to prevent fraud and harm.
- In a business transfer — if we're acquired or merge, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We'll notify you.
Providers used inside our apps. Depending on the app and the features you use, the following third parties may process limited data to deliver the app:
- Mapbox — maps, POI search, and routing in OBD 2 Scanner - GenZonix Auto (receives only the location needed for your request).
- Our weather data provider — forecasts in OBD 2 Scanner - GenZonix Auto (receives approximate location).
- Apple (iTunes Search API) — podcast discovery in OBD 2 Scanner - GenZonix Auto (receives your search query).
- Third-party sports-data providers — live scores, fixtures, league tables, and statistics in Football and Soccer Live Score. This app has no account or login; we send these providers no personal data — they power the content you view.
- Google AdMob — advertising shown in apps that include ads, such as the free tier of OBD 2 Scanner - GenZonix Auto and Football and Soccer Live Score. Ad delivery may use advertising identifiers; we request consent where the platform requires it.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchases and upgrades; the store keeps its own transaction records.
We do not sell personal information. Some of our free apps display ads through Google AdMob (see Section 5). Where those ads are personalized, the AdMob SDK shares a device advertising identifier with Google to select ads, which may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA); California residents can opt out — see Section 10. Apart from this, and for all of our other services, we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Notes specific to each product
Custom software and business automation
When we operate software on a client's behalf, we are typically a "processor" (or "service provider") and the client is the "controller" (or "business"). We handle data per the client's instructions and our service agreement. If you are an end user of a client's product and want to exercise privacy rights, please contact the client first; we'll cooperate with their response.
Mobile apps
For apps we publish or operate, we may collect device identifiers, crash logs, and analytics events. We disclose this in the app's store listing and in-app privacy notice. Where required (e.g., Apple's App Tracking Transparency, Google Play's Data Safety form), we request consent before tracking.
Some of our free apps show ads through Google AdMob. When ads are shown, the AdMob SDK may access your device's advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Google Advertising ID, or Apple's IDFA on iOS) to select and measure ads, and shares it with Google acting as an ad network. We request consent where the platform requires it (Apple's App Tracking Transparency, Google Play's Data Safety form), and you can reset or limit this identifier in your device settings. Where an app offers a one-time PRO upgrade (for example, OBD 2 Scanner - GenZonix Auto), purchasing it removes ads.
For apps we build but the client publishes and operates, the client's privacy policy governs end-user data.
AI Website Builder & Publish
AI Website Builder & Publish (com.genzonixglobal.websitebuilder) lets you generate and publish websites with AI assistance. For an account we process your profile details (name, email, username) and the content you create — site projects, drafts, generated copy and layouts, and your publishing and domain settings.
When you use an AI generation feature, the prompt and content needed to fulfill your request are processed through Fireworks AI, our AI provider (see Section 6), and the result is returned to the app. We do not use your content to train our own models. You can request deletion of your account, sites, and drafts on our Account & Data Deletion page.
OBD 2 Scanner - GenZonix Auto (our driver and vehicle app)
This Android app (com.genzonixglobal.androidauto, formerly "Genzonix Auto: Drive Smart") is built to run largely on your own device. Depending on which features you enable, it may process:
- Vehicle diagnostics — live engine data and Diagnostic Trouble Codes read locally from an ELM327 Bluetooth (OBD-II) adapter.
- Location — used for POI search and navigation, saved parking spots, weather, and the speedometer/trip history. Maps and POI data are served by Mapbox and forecasts by our weather provider; we send them only the location needed to fulfill your request.
- Dashcam footage — loop and incident recordings captured and stored on your device.
- Document vault — insurance, license, registration, ID and similar documents you choose to store, encrypted on-device with AES-256-GCM using the hardware-backed Android Keystore.
- Other on-device content — trip history, maintenance reminders, quick notes, custom voice-command shortcuts, and your local music library.
The document vault, dashcam recordings, trip history, notes, and maintenance reminders are stored only on your device and are not uploaded to our servers or any cloud — we cannot see or retrieve them, and they are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Podcast discovery searches Apple's iTunes catalog. The optional PRO upgrade is a one-time in-app purchase handled by the app store, which keeps its own transaction records. To request deletion of any account-linked data, see our Account & Data Deletion page.
ShopMake: Online Store Maker
ShopMake (shopbuilder.genzonixglobal.com) lets you build and run an online storefront. As the merchant, the information we process for you includes your account details, your store configuration and chosen template, your product catalog (up to 100 products) and product images (up to 8 per product), and any custom web domain you connect.
If your storefront collects information from your shoppers — orders, contact details, or messages — you are the controller of that data and we act as your processor, handling it only to operate the store on your behalf. You are responsible for providing your shoppers with a privacy notice that covers it. You can request deletion of your ShopMake account and data on our Account & Data Deletion page.
Games
Games may collect:
- Account information (if accounts are used).
- Gameplay telemetry to balance and improve the game.
- In-app purchase records (handled by the App Store, Play Store, or other platform).
- Advertising identifiers, if the game shows ads — we use industry-standard SDKs and respect platform consent prompts.
Games aimed at children, or that may attract child users, are designed to comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) in the US. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to one of our games, contact us at privacy@genzonixglobal.com and we'll delete it.
Football and Soccer Live Score
Football and Soccer Live Score (com.genzonixglobal.foolballapp) is a free, unofficial fan companion for live scores, fixtures, league tables, the World Cup 2026 hub, brackets, top scorers, team and player profiles, injury news, predictions, and head-to-head stats. It has no user account or login, no favorites sync, and no subscriptions — there is nothing for you to sign in to, and we do not hold a profile for you. Any preferences the app remembers (such as your last-viewed competition or display options) are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Advertising — the app is supported by ads served through Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising identifier to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit that identifier in your device settings. See Google's advertising and privacy policies.
- Sports data — scores, fixtures, tables, standings, and player and team information are supplied by third-party sports-data services. This match data is not your personal information; we send those providers only what is needed to load the content you view.
- On-device preferences — settings such as followed teams or theme are stored on your device, not on our servers.
Where the platform requires it (Apple's App Tracking Transparency, Google Play's Data Safety form), we follow the consent prompts before any tracking. This app is an unofficial fan app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any league, federation, club, or governing body; team and competition names and logos belong to their respective owners. Because the app has no account there is nothing for us to delete server-side; see our Account & Data Deletion page for details.
Truck dispatching
For dispatching clients we collect business and operational data (authority, insurance, driver names, settlements, load history) needed to run the back office. We share this with brokers, shippers, factoring companies, and accounting providers as needed to book loads and get you paid. We do not sell this data to third parties.
6. AI features and model providers — Fireworks AI
To be clear about our AI stack: all artificial-intelligence capabilities we use — including the coding models we work with and every AI model or API integrated into our products and services — are provided by Fireworks AI.
Where AI shows up in our work:
- AI features in our products — assistants, summarization, generation, or automation features inside software, apps, or games we build or operate run on models served by Fireworks AI's API.
- Coding models — AI coding models used in our development workflow are accessed through Fireworks AI.
- Client integrations — when a client project includes an AI/LLM feature, the model and API behind it are from Fireworks AI unless your signed agreement states otherwise.
What this means for your data:
- When you use an AI-powered feature, the text or content needed to fulfill your request is sent to Fireworks AI for processing, and the response is returned to the product you're using.
- That processing is governed by Fireworks AI's own policies in addition to ours. For more information, see fireworks.ai, their Privacy Policy, and their Terms of Service.
- We do not use your personal information to train our own AI models, and we send AI providers only what is needed to deliver the feature you're using.
- Don't want AI processing applied to your data? Tell us during scoping (for client work) or contact privacy@genzonixglobal.com and we'll tell you exactly which features, if any, involve it.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of cookies on our website:
- Essential — to keep the site working (e.g., session, security).
- Analytics — to understand how the site is used. We aggregate this; we don't try to identify individual visitors.
We don't use cookies for advertising on this website. Some of our free mobile apps do show ads through Google AdMob, which relies on a device advertising identifier rather than browser cookies — see "Mobile apps" in Section 5 for how that works and how to control it. You can disable cookies in your browser; some parts of the site may not work as well.
8. How long we keep data
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (tax, contract, regulatory). When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it. For dispatching, carrier records are typically kept for 7 years to satisfy US tax and regulatory requirements.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information — encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and least-privilege principles. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe. If something does go wrong, we'll notify affected parties as required by applicable law.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you have some or all of these rights:
- Right to know — what personal information we hold about you and how we use it.
- Right to access — get a copy of your personal information.
- Right to correct — fix inaccurate information.
- Right to delete — ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to opt out — of the sale of personal information, or of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell your data; for our ad-supported apps you can opt out of ad "sharing" as described below.
- Right to non-discrimination — we won't treat you worse for exercising these rights.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA). The rights above apply to you. We do not sell personal information. For most of our services we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; the exception is our free, ad-supported apps, where personalized ads served via Google AdMob may involve "sharing" a device advertising identifier — you can opt out as described below. To exercise a right, email privacy@genzonixglobal.com from the address associated with your account or include enough information for us to verify you. We'll respond within 45 days. You can also designate an authorized agent.
If we deny a request, you have the right to appeal. To appeal, reply to our denial email with the word "Appeal" in the subject line.
Opt out of ad "sharing." If you use one of our ad-supported apps and want non-personalized ads only, reset or limit your device advertising ID (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking), decline the consent / App Tracking Transparency prompt, or email privacy@genzonixglobal.com and we will honor the request.
11. Children
Our website, software, dispatching service, and our consumer apps — AI Website Builder & Publish, OBD 2 Scanner - GenZonix Auto, ShopMake: Online Store Maker, and Football and Soccer Live Score — are general-audience products and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some of these apps display ads through Google AdMob (see Section 5). Where an app or game may nonetheless attract younger users, we comply with COPPA: we either avoid collecting personal information from children, obtain verifiable parental consent where required, or otherwise follow COPPA as documented in the product's store listing and Data Safety / target-audience declaration. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact privacy@genzonixglobal.com and we will delete it.
12. International users
GenZonix Global is based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, your data will be processed in the US (and possibly elsewhere) by us and our service providers. By using our services, you consent to that transfer. If you're in a region with stronger local privacy law (UK, EEA, etc.), we'll honor the local rights to the extent they apply.
13. Changes to this Policy
We'll update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top tells you when. For material changes, we'll provide additional notice (banner, email, or in-app message) where required.
14. Contact
Privacy questions, data requests, or anything else:
- Email: privacy@genzonixglobal.com
- General: hello@genzonixglobal.com
- Mail: GenZonix Global LLC, Privacy Office (address provided on request)
This Policy is provided as the operating privacy statement for GenZonix Global. It is not a substitute for legal advice. If your project or jurisdiction has specific privacy requirements (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.), additional terms may apply and should be covered in your specific agreement with us.
