Request deletion
Complete the form below. When you submit, your email app opens with everything pre-filled and addressed to devops@genzonixglobal.com — just press send. To protect your account, please send from the email address tied to it; we may ask you to verify before we delete anything.
If the button doesn't open your email app, email us directly at devops@genzonixglobal.com with your app name and account email.
What gets deleted
When we complete your request, we permanently delete the personal data we hold for that account, including:
- Account profile — name, email, username, and password credentials.
- Content you created in the app (for example, websites, drafts, and project data in AI Website Builder & Publish; trip history, vehicle and OBD-II diagnostic profiles, maintenance reminders, saved parking spots, and notes in OBD 2 Scanner - GenZonix Auto; or your store, product catalog, uploaded product images, and custom domain settings in ShopMake: Online Store Maker).
- App settings and preferences tied to your account.
- Usage and device data linked to your account identifier.
Some features keep data only on your device and never reach our servers — for example, the AES-256-GCM encrypted document vault and dashcam recordings in OBD 2 Scanner - GenZonix Auto. We can't delete on-device data remotely; it is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings.
Football and Soccer Live Score (com.genzonixglobal.foolballapp) has no user account or login, and we do not store personal data for it on our servers — there is nothing for us to delete server-side. Local settings stored on your device are removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data in your device settings. To reset the advertising identifier used by ads in the app, use your device's privacy settings. You can still submit the form above, choose this app, and tell us in the notes — for an app with no account, just enter an email address we can reach you at.
What we may keep, and for how long
We delete everything we can. A limited set of data may be retained only where the law requires it or to protect against fraud and abuse:
- Billing and transaction records — kept as required by tax and accounting law (typically up to 7 years). Payments are processed by the app store or our payment provider, who keep their own records.
- Records needed for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes — kept only as long as necessary, then deleted.
- Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer be linked to you — this is not personal data and may be retained.
How long it takes
We acknowledge requests within a few business days and complete deletion within 30 days. Backups containing your data are purged on our normal backup rotation, generally within 90 days. We'll email you to confirm when your account and data have been deleted.
